Industrial enzymes

Our food-grade, thermostable industrial enzyme preparations—alpha-amylase, glucoamylase, and beta-glucanase—are designed for industrial applications in the organic chemical industry (e.g., bioethanol production), food processing, and agriculture, enabling efficient bioconversion of organic and agriculturally derived substrates.

Alpha-amylase:

Catalyzes the breakdown of starch components, amylose and amylopectin. Its hydrolytic action first produces macrodextrins, then oligosaccharides, and finally glucose, maltose, and maltotriose.

Glucoamylase:

Facilitates starch saccharification at high temperatures using an enzyme produced by a natural bacterial strain, performing exo-hydrolysis of the (1–4 / 1–6)-α-D-glycosidic linkages in polysaccharides.

Beta-glucanase:

Hydrolyzes 1,4‑β and 1,3‑β glucans and is particularly recommended for feed mixtures containing high levels of barley. Numerous experimental studies confirm the beneficial effect of beta-glucanase supplementation. Our food-grade, thermostable industrial enzyme preparations—alpha-amylase, glucoamylase, and beta-glucanase—produced by our company can be effectively used across the organic chemical industry (e.g., bioethanol production), the food industry, and agriculture for the efficient bioconversion of organic materials and agriculturally derived substrates.
