Our indust­ri­al yea­st stra­ins used in indust­ri­al alco­hol pro­duc­ti­on achi­eve yields that are more favor­ab­le than cur­rent inter­na­ti­o­nal indust­ri­al prac­ti­ce aver­ages, and enab­le sig­ni­fi­cantly more effi­ci­ent, lower-energy, and more pro­duc­tive ope­ra­ti­on from ener­ge­tic, tech­ni­cal, and con­se­qu­ently eco­no­mic pers­pec­ti­ves as well.
